All final appraisals must be completed through EZmobility Direct via either a virtual trade appraisal appointment or an in-store appraisal at the EZmobility Direct location in Phoenix, Arizona. EZmobility Direct reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to purchase or accept any vehicle for trade-in for any reason or no reason.
